How to read your palm

Choose the Dominant Hand
The dominant hand (the one you write with) reveals your present and future — the life you are actively creating. The non-dominant hand reveals your innate potential and the life you were born into.

Observe the Hand Shape
Before examining the lines, note the overall shape of the hand. Is the palm square or rectangular? Are the fingers long or short? This reveals your elemental nature.

Identify the Major Lines
Locate the Heart Line, Head Line, and Life Line. These three are present on most hands. The Fate Line and Sun Line may or may not be present.

Examine the Mounts
Feel the fleshy pads beneath each finger and at the base of the thumb. A prominent, well-developed mount amplifies the qualities associated with its ruling planet.
